Impact and Influence
Communicating brilliantly is what distinguishes a leader – or a potential one – who can take people with them from one who relies on positional authority. It is how a talented professional handles the tough conversations that come with difficult projects and constant change. It is what marks out a team that excels from one that gets by.
This lively and enjoyable session, run by VOX Coaching, will explore practical communication skills that will help you increase your confidence, become someone to whom others want to listen and achieve greater impact and influence.
The training will focus on communication style rather than content. It will be a good opportunity for you to discover how to grow in personal authority and do yourself justice in a range of situations, from meetings to networking events.
The focus will not be on what you say but how you say it. The session will help you find a communication style that’s authentic, engaging and persuasive – one that you can ‘flex’ to suit the context. It will be ideal for any senior player who would like to achieve greater presence and ensure that their professional opinions change others’ thinking and behaviour.
After the course, you’ll be able to get access to a course summary, follow-up material and the VOX Academy – an online repository of written guidance, lively videos and other resources to help you extend your learning and take your communication skills to the next level.
