Target Audience: Undergradate and Postgraduate
The disability service is running a one session presentation of a programme which explores using mindfulness to deal more effectively with the issues of stress and anxiety
Participants will be introduced to all of the sessions within the programme and then have access to the full programme which is is on Myplace, it will usually take arounfd 4 hours to complete each session of which there are four.
