The session, delivered by East Ayrshire artist Julie Boswell of THISWAYforthat (https://www.thiswayforthat.com/) will lead participants in some practical activities to help you explore the benefits of a creative approach to supporting health and wellbeing.

Julie has used the arts alongside her other protocols, which she will share in the session, to allow her to heal and manage her own health conditions over the years. Since graduating Julie has worked as an art facilitator and provider of arts experiences both within her own businesses and studios as well as being a lead arts tutor for Sense Scotland East and Art Angel, Dundee.
