11:15	Peer Learning Trios Exploring leadership challenges using a mutually supportive technique.

13:15	Review of peer learning – identifying key leadership and management challenges in a University context.
13:45	Reading, Leading and Managing cultures in Higher Education (Ian McNay’s typology, Edgar Schein, Johnson & Scholes’s cultural web)
