The University has a centralised asset management system. The system allows users to store detailed information about assets including descriptions, cost codes and maintenance plans. This course is designed for users who will be inputting and maintaining assets for their department.

Prerequisites

This course assumes that you have beginner level IT skills, i.e. that you can use a mouse and keyboard and that you are confident with basic formatting, e.g. changing font, cutting and pasting, and saving files.
