As many of you will already know, Naseem Anwar left the University at the end of December. Since joining us in May 2011 Naseem has made a valued contribution to the University’s commitment to all aspects of equality & diversity in his role as Equality and Diversity Manager, within the SEES Directorate. Naseem has developed and nurtured many relationships across the University community and beyond, notably being the recipient of Strathclyde University Students Association inaugural award 2017 for making an 'Outstanding Contribution to Strathclyde Students'.
We are gathering at 3.30 p.m. on Friday, 2nd February 2018 in the Chaplaincy, to recognise Naseem’s service to the University and to wish him well in his retirement. We would be delighted if you could join us.
If you would like to contribute to a farewell gift for Naseem please see Aileen Wilson at the SEES reception on level 2 of the McCance Building by noon on Wedensday 31st January 2018, a leaving card will also be available for signing in the McCance level 2 office.
