This course can help you answer these questions.
By the end of the course, you will:
- Understand what a benefit is and why evidencing benefits is important
- Align benefits with priorities
- Discover some tools for exploring benefits and planning for your benefits realisation
- Understand how to gather your data and realise the benefits
- Be able to influence the evidencing of benefits in your area
The course consists of one, 3-hour session.
After the session, you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned. Using our tools and templates, you can make a start on your own projects and get feedback from Continuous Improvement colleagues.
